Just as we all thought the new Rivoli development, flung up at 59 Ladywell Road, is all-but finished with a sales open day just last month, it seems the developer wants to squeeze more value out of the site by adding another floor. I am against the Rivoli developer adding another floor to the Rivoli flats. The building is an eyesore as it is and another floor will make it even worse and spoil the view for many people in the area. These developers are only in it for the money and have no regard for the neighbourhood and the people who live here.
